-After 3 plus years of Danger James releasing the solo project, "Hear Them Say" in 2012.
He has finally came around to drop his 5 song E.P., "Ambivalent Seasons" that has been on the shelf the past 2 years due to James' adventures in his culinary career, that brought him back to the East Coast expanding his knowledge as a chef from Boston, Mass. to Washington D.C.. Although Danger wrote this project in the Summer of 2013, he was unable to record all of it and have a set deadline for it's release. It was very frustrating for him to have to sit on this material for the last couple of years, but after moving back to Tucson at the end of 2014 he linked up with his well respected Tucson A.Z hip-hop group, "The Natives Are Restless". With the help of Habeas Corpus (of The Natives Are Restless) Doc Cause and Ezra Letra, he got around to recording and finishing the details to put out "Ambivalent Seasons". Although James knows/feels that this project is long overdue he still felt it necessary to be released. Quote:
"it's been sitting around for way too long man!, and I was so excited personally back at the time of starting the writing that this was gonna be a awesome, solid and most importantly, fun venture and concept after I wrote"sunshine Amber & "Rain Kayla"!. Now that he is back in his hometown, he has refocused his creativity & energy to his music again, and is at the middle stages of a complete 4th solo project that he plans to release later this year. This is the last project ("Ambivalent Seasons") he is releasing under the pen name, "Danger James". He feels he is at different stage in his art form, experimenting with new a new approach in writing and production. This last project involves some of the best Arizona Hip-Hop talent in making this album now available. with the help from Habeas Corpus, Ezra Letra, Doc Cause, and Shag.
Please stay tuned for brand new music from the artist formely known as "Danger James".
